Before boarding the Getaway, we were able to make dining reservations at some of the main dining rooms and specialty dining onboard. I would recommend this restaurant to guests on the Getaway looking for a fun, tasty, and engaging meal during their sailing. Guests are charged a flat fee of $49 to dine at the restaurant. While on our sailing we enjoyed dinner one night at Teppanyaki. I would recommend this location to guests looking for something a little different and unique. The Hibachi-style meal consisted of a lively and performative chef cooking and preparing our food right in front of us.
The bed can be configured as one queen bed, or separated into two double beds, guests can note their preference during online check-in. We were very satisfied with our room, and I would recommend the NCL inside cabins to prospective guests who wish to save some money on their stateroom. This romantic and intimate restaurant offers the perfect place for a date night. This restaurant is described as “elegant interiors, crisp white linens and attentive servers.” This restaurant specializes in French cuisine. This is another bar that is located outside on The Waterfront on Deck 8.
After all, guests will typically not spend too much time in their staterooms and will instead be out and about exploring the ship. But rest assured, the rooms felt luxurious even in their least expensive form. This engaging dance show features many different types of performers including dancers, live singers, and live musicians. I appreciated the various aspects of the show, and thought that the performance was very well done.

The staff onboard is committed to bringing about the best experiences for guests, and this comes across in their daily interactions with passengers. Something I noticed about the Norwegian Getaway shortly after stepping foot onboard, was just how clean and modern everything felt. The ship, although it was originally constructed in 2014, has since been refurbished, and felt very modern. The 4000-passenger ship Norwegian Getaway was finished and delivered to her owner, Norwegian Cruise Line, on January 10, 2014. The vessel was built by Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany and is located most of the time in Miami (where was the ceremony of naming the Norwegian Getaway on February 7, 2014). While the ship was under construction, on 5 March 2013 a fire broke out.
